1. Booking and Payment Policy

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.

• Payment deadlines will be clearly communicated; failure to adhere to them may result in cancellation.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other modes as specified on our platform.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following refund conditions:
    • • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses.
    • • Cancellations made between 15–30 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip cost refunded.
    • • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: No refund.

• • Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date of request.

• • Certain trips, promotions, or activities may have non-refundable conditions, which will be specified at the time of booking.

3. Changes and Modifications

• • By the Customer: Any requested changes (e.g., dates, accommodations) must be communicated at least 21 days before departure and may incur additional fees.

• • By Tourism Events: We reserve the right to make adjustments to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political situations). Any significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.

4. Liability

• • Tourism Events acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers.

• • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.

5. Health and Safety

• • Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

• • Tourism Events will take reasonable steps to ensure safety during the trip but assumes no liability for accidents or injuries arising from participation in activities.

6. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Details collected during the booking process are used solely for trip arrangements and communication.Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill travel services (e.g., airlines, hotels).

7. Force Majeure

• Tourism Events is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or strikes.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, images, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Tourism Events. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of disputes, customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve the issue amicably.Legal jurisdiction for any disputes arising under these terms will be in the courts of the country where Tourism Events is registered.
